I was watching The Big Lebowski this evening, and realized I'm always inspired by the Bowling Valkryie/Viking sequence (my halloween costume one year was a Valkryie because of that movie!).

Anyway, I was having so much trouble with this week's IF theme, but all of a sudden, I realized what better sailors of the sea than Vikings??  Enjoy!!

Pirate Girl!

I came across Jeremy Bastian's website, and was so inspired by his completely cool looking new comic, "Cursed Pirate Girl," that I had to draw my own version of a Pirate Girl. Check his stuff out! He has a really neat John Tenniel meets Windsor McCay stlye that's really great to look at : D
