Sort of went off of Thought Faucet's theme of "Belt" and ended up with this... it's sort of like an obi belt, so that counts, right? ; )

(I tried your recommendation, mike (hobofish mike, as there are two mikes that i know of who read this) about making the outside lines heavier to contrast with the detail.. I really like how it turned out! thanks!!)

Mermaid with seahorse

I have no idea why I'm on such a mermaid kick lately- it's like my default drawing nowadays! At least I try to change the style up a little, right? ; )
