Last day at post ranch

Our last day at Post Ranch, we woke up to see a sea of clouds/ fog covering the ocean view, but it was still breathtaking. While Damon and I were lounging on our balcony munching on our breakfast, a flock of 20+ wild turkies came meandering by on the hillside. It was crazy!  Then, on our drive out, we saw two deer right by the entrance to the Inn, as if Post Ranch was bidding us Adieu...

The drive back down was gorgeous, but cold and foggy- we lucked out weather wise and as if the weather held out just for us!

It was an absolutely incredible weekend- we feel so incredibly lucky, not just for the amazing time and weekend, but for having each other as husband and wife. (ok, I know I'm gushing, but it's exactly how we feel!)

Ghost riders in the Sky

It was a bit of a gray and rainy weekend, but just enough that it's been good for footing out on trails and just a brush of green strating to grow back in some of the burnt areas. Anyways, going out riding and seeing all the big puffy gray clouds always reminds me of the "Ghost Riders in the Sky " song.. such cool imagery!
