This is a rough map of our route; my handy sketchbook happens to have a map of China in the front: we spent a day and a half in Shanghai (1), 5 days in a city on the coast called Xiamen (2), then a day and a half in Guanzhou (previously called Canton) (3) before leaving via Hong Kong.
These next two are sketches on the plane, one from the National Geographic issue on China, one illustrating the plane ride!
